If you are planning to visit Argentina on 2010, its Bicentennial Year, you have the opportunity of improving your Spanish or get a basic knowledge of it at Colegio Ward.

Colegio Ward is a bilingual (Spanish-English) school located very close to the city of Buenos Aires and to other major cities, such as Rosario (only 4 hours drive). We have a wonderful campus of 13 hectares where children of over two years of age and up to Teacher’s Training Program, develop their daily activities.

Colegio Ward is an almost centennial institution, and it’s ready to share its experience with people from different parts of the world who are interested in:

learning or improving their Spanish;
meeting different people with whom to talk and learn more about Argentinean culture;
getting to know the city of Buenos Aires, its main buildings and areas, visiting art museums,
having a tango-dinner and a “gaucho’s” day in a rural town…

Our intensive Spanish Living Program offers this in a week (40 hours) of intensive work, which alternates academic work with a cultural and touristic program.

Accomodation

At the Merner Hall, within the campus. This is an important building with simple but nice and cozy dorms.

Meals

Most of them at our Dining Hall on campus.

Academic program

It’s a 40-hour program, combining classes, workshops on different subjects, special meetings, tourist visits that will help expand your vocabulary, communication opportunities and learning by seeing, listening, doing, and getting in touch with local Spanish-speaking people.
